What makes my firm different from the rest?
Having 15 years experience of running my own business successfully in the UK, without a complaint, I quickly realized that if I could not find the cleaning service that would suit my needs, my high standards and requirements here, I should open my own!
My staff and I listen to you, hear what your needs are for your home and perform the tasks needed. Where possible, we keep the personal touch involved and I endeavour to keep the same team of staff visiting your home.
You will be assured of a quality service, because of my high standards. That is my guarantee. My staff are insured and bonded and are legitimately hired, so taxes are deducted from their salary. My prices may not be as cheap as some firms yet they are not expensive.
When my team arrive at your premises they work to a specific checklist for the package you have asked for, a copy of which can be provided to you. Each client is different so the checklists are done to your specific needs. Then after my staff finish cleaning your home there is a sign off sheet for you to sign. We take pride in all our work, so you can too.
We use color coded cloths for each work area, all hard floors are cleaned per style and we do not use brooms unless we use yours. We endeavor to not cause any cross contamination were we can.
